Winter Meals

A table set with five different types of hotpots to warm you up after a day of skiing.
Please choose your preferred side dish from the half buffet of Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes (soft drinks included).

    【Main Dining Hydrangea】(220 seats)
    Dining with panoramic windows overlooking the ski resort and the Seseragi Marshland.
    Enjoy the flavors of Shinshu along with the fresh water and air of the plateau.

    【Restaurant Shikitei】(90 seats)
    A restaurant with tatami flooring.
    Perfect for family group meals.

    【Five types of hotpots of the day】
    ●Beef shabu-shabu:Enjoy with kelp stock and ponzu sauce.
    ●Pork bulgogi hotpot:Pork in a sweet and spicy sauce with vegetables
    ●Country-style chicken and chicken meat hotpot:Made with local chicken stock and locally grown mushrooms
    ●Beef sukiyaki:With raw egg
    ●Two-tone pork hotpot:Pork shabu-shabu with two types of soup
  • Breakfast

    Breakfast is a Japanese, Western and Chinese buffet.
    Coffee, tea and juices are also available.
